The Staff Room is a section of the Hollingwood Primary School website that is designed purely for staff. It includes information such as deadlines, important notices, the staff handbook, and other important information. For more information, see below.

Resources
This section contains links to teaching or other staff resources.
Locations
This section shows where different resources (such as paper, glue, etc.) are located around the school.
Guidance & Advice
This section contains documents providing guidance and advice.
Meeting Presentations
This section contains documents and information from staff meetings.
Notices
This section contains important staff notices.
Deadlines
This section contains important staff deadlines.
Handbook
This section is an online copy of the existing staff handbook.
Logging In & Out
Why do I have to log in?
As the Staff Room may contain confidential information, you will need to login each time you visit the site. Parents and pupils have no access to this part of the site.
How do I login?
You will be given a username (this will be your first initial followed by your surname - e.g. JSmith). You will also be given a default password, which can be changed to one of your choice at any time. This should be something easily remembered, but not obvious (maybe the name of your cat). These should be entered into the login boxes everytime you enter one of the above sections. You DO NOT need to login to read this page. Please be aware that your username and password are case sensitive.
How about logging out?
You will be automatically logged out if you close the browser window. However, if you prefer, you can logout manually by clicking Login/Logout button in the Staff Room menu.
Notices & Deadline Dates
Submitting
To submit a new deadline or notice to this site, simply click on the 'Add New Deadline' or 'Add New Notice' button and fill in the resulting form. Then click 'Submit'.
Editing
Notices and deadlines can both easily be edited. Simply click on the 'Edit This Notice/Deadline' button, and edit the information in the form that is shown. Then click 'Submit'.
Deleting
Deadline dates will be automatically removed after the date has passed. Notices can be removed by clicking the 'Delete This Notice' button and then clicking the 'Delete' button to confirm.
