Covid-19 Isolation Advice

Children's mental health and wellbeing is of paramount importance at all times but especially throughout the current isolation we are in.


At school we often talk about 'The Five Ways to Wellbeing'. 



Below are some ideas and links which we have collated to promote a positive mindset and 'The Five Ways to Wellbeing'.


  • Make a wish jar of things you want to do when this is all over
  • Paint a rainbow to put in your window
  • Face-time your friends or family
  • Post a letter to somebody on your daily walk
  • Put on music and have a dance
  • Bake a cake
  • Learn a new skill
  • Help around the house
